Creative Yoga combines different yoga traditions with creativity, joy and a deeper exploration of yoga. Susen Veronica brings together selected elements of Jivamukti Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Kundalini Yoga to create a varied yoga class that is designed anew each time. The class is for experienced yogis who want to deepen their practice, explore new approaches and experience yoga beyond the physical practice. Powerful asanas can be part of the class alongside meditation, pranayama, music, philosophical inspiration and unexpected elements. Creative Yoga in Zurich takes place every Monday at 6:30 pm at the ADC Galerie and can also be joined online.
