Yoga is a treasure with something valuable for everyone. Along our own journeys, we have explored many different yoga styles and collected the golden nuggets we discovered along the way. We share them in our creative yoga classes, inviting you to find inspiration and accompany us on part of your own journey.
Susen Veronica teaches at selected yoga studios and special locations in Zurich, as well as in companies and hotels across Switzerland and at yoga festivals in Switzerland and abroad. Together with Andy, she also develops and teaches selected Yogagold formats.
YOGA CLASSES IN ENGLISH IN ZURICH
Our regular yoga classes take place at selected locations in Zurich: Creative Yoga at the ADC Galerie, Jivamukti Yoga at Yogalives and Jivamukti Wake-Up Yoga at Soulspace Wiedikon. Classes are taught in either English or German. We look forward to practicing with you. Namasté!

SUSEN VERONICA
Susen Veronica is a yoga and meditation teacher and co-founder of Yogagold in Zurich. She has been teaching in Switzerland and internationally for over ten years. More than 3,000 hours of training, different yoga traditions and her love of creative ideas shape her teaching. Sometimes powerful, sometimes meditative, sometimes surprising and always full of joy.
ANDY LUSTI
Andy Lusti is a yoga teacher and co-founder of Yogagold in Zurich. A certified Master of Yoga and Yin Yoga teacher, he combines different yoga traditions with meditation and a deep curiosity for new techniques and experiences. His classes are characterized by calm, mindfulness and his meditative voice.
